Nicholas T. Texido, Esq.
Nick Texido graduated from the University at Buffalo School of Law in 2006 and has worked as a public defender handling appeals and felony trials, the Director of Training at the Erie County District Attorney's Office, and the Deputy in Charge of Training and Litigation Support for the Erie County Bar Association's Assigned Counsel Program. Since starting his private practice in 2022, Nick has tried 15 cases to jury verdict, achieving favorable verdicts in the vast majority of them.
In addition to his remarkable jury trial results, Nick has also achieved other favorable results, including: suppression of evidence (firearms, statements, in-court identifications), speedy trial dismissals, dismissals based upon insufficiency, appellate reversals, and others. He was named the Defender of the Year for the year 2024 by the Erie County Bar Association Assigned Counsel Program for his work in the criminal courts.
Tom Heubusch
Tom Heubusch is a 2021 cum laude graduate of the University at Buffalo School of Law, where won awards for his Trial Technique and Moot Court advocacy. From 2022 to 2024, he practiced criminal defense at one of Buffalo's top criminal defense firms until he joined our team. Tom's training, his natural ability, and his passion for his work has already made him one of the area's top criminal defense attorneys, handling the most serious of cases. He takes an empathetic approach to his clients and fights hard for each and every one of them.
Connor Dougherty
Connor Dougherty is a 2019 cum laude graduate of the University Buffalo School of Law. He has practiced in criminal courts throughout Western New York since then, and is regarded by his peers and the Courts as one of the top criminal defense attorneys in the area. Connor previously worked under the guidance of two of the area's most influential defense attorneys and it shows in his zealousness and in the results he gets for his clients.

Kathryn Houle earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Legal Studies from the University at Buffalo in 2025. She is an intelligent and creative person and is committed to changing people's lives through the legal system.
